Autumn is here, and that means the season of company Christmas parties is about to start. Experienced organisers know the pattern: the best venues, performers and entertainment are booked out as early as September and October.
Photo booth rental for a company party starts from 250 €. The price includes an unlimited number of photos, a frame designed with your company logo, props and an operator who stays on site all evening. Company parties have one recurring problem: people stay sitting at their own department’s table. The formal part is over, the music is playing, but nobody moves.
There is an important difference here. A hired photographer documents the party from the side — a photo booth invites guests to do something themselves. Props and silly poses give permission to fool around even to those who would not otherwise dare.
The exact price depends on the length of the event, the equipment you choose and any extras. Tell us about your event and we will send a quote, usually the same day.
One partner instead of several. Besides the photo booth we provide sound equipment, lighting, photo zone backdrops, a heavy smoke effect, bar service, and a host and DJ. For the organiser that means one contact and one approval round instead of five.
The operator stays all evening. The equipment is never left unattended: somebody is there to help guests, change the paper and handle the technical side. The organiser does not have to think about the photo corner during the evening.
A personal touch. Your company logo on the photo strips, a themed backdrop or a box of costumes turn an ordinary photo corner into something that belongs to your party.
Photo booth. The safest choice. Fast, easy to understand, and with a large crowd the queue stays short. It suits a more private shooting corner and delivers classic photo strips.
AI photo booth. Artificial intelligence turns an ordinary frame into something else entirely — an astronaut, a superhero, a painted portrait. A strong option when you need a surprise element or a themed party.
Photo mirror. A striking open stage: a full-length mirror with animations and effects draws attention even in a large hall. Well suited to more formal events and client evenings.
360° video camera. Slow-motion video with the whole room in the background, and the finished clip lands on the phone immediately. The most shareable format of all.

1. Book early. Fridays and Saturdays in December fill up first. Booking in September or October gives you the widest choice and enough time to think through the backdrop and accessories that match your company’s style.
2. Think about the location. A photo booth works best where people are already moving — near the bar or the cloakroom, not in a far corner. Our team helps work out the layout on site.
3. Add a personal touch. A logo, a themed backdrop, a box of costumes. Make sure to ask about personalisation options when you request a quote.
We need roughly 3 × 3 metres and an ordinary power socket. The device itself takes up about a square metre.
The equipment stands up to 1.8 metres tall, so ceiling height is never an obstacle — we fit into an office, a restaurant and a historic manor hall alike.
December is the busiest month of the year. Christmas party dates — especially Fridays and Saturdays in the second and third weeks of December — go quickly.
We recommend confirming your date in October. By November the choice is already noticeably smaller. Summer days should be booked in spring, for exactly the same reason.
Is the number of photos limited?
No. Colleagues can shoot and print all evening long.
Can the frame carry our logo?
Yes, it is included. We send the design for approval before the event.
Do we get all the photos afterwards?
Yes, all the material digitally.
Do you travel outside Tallinn?
Yes. In Tartu, Narva and Pärnu rental starts from 400 €. We also travel to Kohtla-Järve, Jõhvi, Viljandi and Rakvere.
What do you need from us?
Roughly 3 × 3 metres of space and an ordinary power socket. We bring everything else ourselves.
