A great event is not decided by the food and the music alone — it is decided by the emotions and by what guests take home with them. A photo booth does both at once: it gives the party something to do and sends every guest home with a picture in hand. Here are five reasons why a photo booth or photo mirror makes an event memorable, and everything practical worth knowing before you book.
The most awkward moment of any large party is the first hour, when the tables are set but people are still strangers. A photo booth solves that by itself: the prop table draws people in, the first group steps up, and five minutes later there is a queue. It works especially well at weddings, where two families meet for the first time, and at company parties, where different departments would otherwise never talk to each other.
The photo is in your hands within seconds, in two formats: a classic 10 × 15 cm print or a 5 × 15 cm photo strip with several frames in a row. Unlike a photographer’s pictures, which arrive weeks later, this keepsake travels home from the party straight away — onto the fridge door or into an album. You also receive every frame digitally after the event.
Photo booth pictures are not phone snaps taken in a dim hall. Dedicated lighting means faces are lit even once the room has gone dark, and the print comes out sharp. An operator is there all evening: arranging groups, changing paper and handling the technical side so that nobody notices it.
The classic. Guests see themselves on the screen, laugh together and walk away with a printed photo.
A full-length mirror with a built-in camera and touchscreen. Animations and the option to sign your photo turn the session into a small performance.
The platform spins around the guest and captures a slow-motion video with the whole room in the background. The most shareable format of all — the videos are on Instagram the same evening.
Artificial intelligence turns an ordinary shot into an astronaut, a superhero or a painterly portrait. A strong choice for marketing events.
A longer comparison with examples: photo booth, photo mirror or 360° — how to choose.
At a corporate event, the photo booth is the only entertainment that puts your company logo into guests’ hands and onto their phones. We design the frame around your campaign or the theme of the evening and send it over for approval before the event. At a wedding the logic is the same: the couple’s names and the date on every picture.
For comfortable operation, 3 × 3 metres and an ordinary power socket are enough. The booth itself takes up roughly one square metre, and the backdrop is 2.5 metres high. None of our equipment is taller than 1.8 metres, so ceiling height is never an obstacle — narrow doorways and staircases are what to warn us about in advance. Setup takes about an hour and happens before guests arrive.

No. Guests can shoot and print as much as they like throughout the event.
Yes, for the whole evening. Nobody on your side has to look after the booth.
Yes, if there is a covered area and power. In rain or strong wind we need shelter — the equipment and the printer do not tolerate moisture.
The earlier the better. Popular Saturdays and December dates are the first to go.
We arrive about an hour before the guests, set up the equipment and test everything: the lighting, the camera, the printer and the frame design. If the hall is still being laid out or the decorators are at work, we agree on a more precise time so that we do not get in each other’s way.
During the party the operator stays by the booth. He explains to the first guests how it works — after that it spreads on its own. With larger groups he helps compose the shot, changes the paper and keeps the queue moving. Technical hiccups are solved so that nobody in the room notices.
The busiest moment usually comes right after the formal part and again later, once the dancing has started. That is exactly why we advise against placing the booth at the very beginning of the evening: while guests are still in a formal mood, it gets used less.
At the end we pack up quietly. Every frame reaches you digitally after the event, so the album survives even once the printed photos have scattered with the guests.
